I love this place! It offers very unique gifts. I absolutely love my new woodpecker feeder. Jake and Evan were great! They both were such a pleasure to talk too about birds and other wildlife.

I can’t recommend this store enough! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Jake has helped us every time we’ve visited, he’s always patient, thorough, and happy to explain everything in detail. They have everything you could possibly need for your birds, and they take the time to make sure you leave with exactly what’s right. I’ve never had such a wide variety of birds in my garden since I started visiting this store, and seems very clear they couldn’t be happier!

The staff here are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable — they took the time to answer all of my questions and finally helped me solve my squirrel problem. The store itself has such a beautiful boutique feel and is well organized, with such a wide variety of feeders, seed, and unique items you just don’t find anywhere else. They really know their stuff, and I left feeling confident and excited to come back!

Ive found that their quick clean style tube feeder has a design flaw. The metal bottom piece that's made to easily come off so as to clean the tube is only held on with plastic clips and plastic pieces that extract to allow the removal of the bottom. These plastic pieces have broken off on 3 of my 4 feeders. 2 of these were purchased as a Christmas gift this past year so they weren't very old. I took the bottom piece back into this store last week only to have the cashier not able to find my account (Ive purchased numerous items over the years). But then was told they can't even sell me the bottom piece and I would need to purchase a new feeder ($70!). This is crazy. Thats why people are shopping on line where you have a better chance of getting sometime warranty on a product. My frustration is that this is an obvious design flaw and material selection for this application. I came home and repaired my nearly new feeder like I did the older ones, by using a metal screw for better strength. I can back the screw out for cleaning. From now on it's Amazon!
